Ergonomic layout of the PTH, plating and etching lines enable efficient processing to be maintained. Hundreds of panels are processed each week.

Buried and blind vias also accommodated.

Options for plating areas in Gold, Silver or Nickel are available too….

Up to 5um of Gold or Silver

Up to 20um of Nickel.

Up to 90um of Copper.

Chemical composition checking is of paramount importance to maintain the processing standard.
